1. Download Wispr Flow for Mac or Windows and install.
2. Open the app and sign in.
3. Click into any text field, hold your hotkey, talk, release to insert text.
4. Mac default: Fn
5. Windows default: Ctrl + Win
6. To match tone with your writing style, open Flow Hub > Style, pick a context tab (Personal, Work, Email, or Other), and choose your vibe (Formal, Casual, Very Casual, or Excited).
7. We recommend Casual for friendly, clean phrasing with lighter punctuation. Your choice applies everywhere you dictate on the desktop.
