All products sold on this site are digital and delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link or license key has been issued.

Exceptions

Replacements will be considered in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise fails to function as described
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• A technical error on our end prevented delivery of your purchase

Since our products are digital downloads, there is no physical item to return.
