All products sold on this site are digital and delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link or license key has been issued.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will be considered in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted, missing, or otherwise fails to function as described
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- A technical error on our end prevented delivery of your purchase

No physical returns
Since our products are digital downloads, there is no physical item to return.
